These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreakHabits ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB, a company registered in Lithuania. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

StreakHabits is a habit tracking application with streak counting, heatmap visualization, and AI-powered timing insights. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the AI service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. AI-Generated Content

Timing insights and suggestions generated by StreakHabits are produced by artificial intelligence based on your habit completion patterns. These insights are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any suggestions at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the suitability of AI-generated insights for any specific purpose.

4. Free and Premium Plans

StreakHabits offers a free tier with limited features (3 habits, 30-day history) and a premium subscription with unlimited access and additional features including AI timing insights, custom categories, widgets, unlimited history, and data export.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. Intellectual Property

StreakHabits and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your habit data remains your own and can be exported at any time with a Premium subscription.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated timing insights are suggestions based on your data patterns and may not be suitable for all circumstances. Always use your own judgment when adjusting your routines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages caused by reliance on AI-generated insights or loss of habit data.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
